Justin Mincher | President
I’ve been a member of Team St. Louis for over 10 years and bring with me a wealth of experience with non-profit organizations.
My journey includes volunteering at events with several different organizations and founding my own NPO, CTA, which focuses on giving youth in need opportunities to excel in their communities through athletics. I also have a professional background in business development, which I’m eager to use to help grow Team St. Louis.
My goal is to help the organization become bigger and better, reach more individuals, encourage greater engagement, and offer a wider variety of activities and social settings for our community to come together and thrive

Phillip Clay | Vice President
Hiya! Phillip here to support Team Saint Louis as the current Vice President. Team Saint Louis is close to my heart as it was the first connection I had to making friends within the gay community when I moved to Saint Louis. In this role, I hope to connect with the community more and brighten the future of Team Saint Louis through move activities and events that shape the lives of members.
My day job is Event Coordinator for a local event organization in the Saint Louis area. During my free time your find me out hiking, planning my next travel destination, curled up with a book or trying to cook a new recipe.

James Caldwell | Treasurer
Hi! I’m James Caldwell, Treasurer for Team St. Louis and Board Liaison for our Volleyball program, and I’m thrilled to serve on the board of this amazing community organization. I’m proud to call St. Louis home, where I work as an IT Director for a local municipality. Before this role, I served as Treasurer of St. Louis GLASS.
When I’m off the clock, you can usually find me hanging out with my 9-year-old beagle or getting active with softball, volleyball, and climbing . I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together!
